Shrink a MS SQL database

DBCC SHRINKDATABASE
( database_name | database_id | 0
     [ , target_percent ]
     [ , { NOTRUNCATE | TRUNCATEONLY } ]
)
[ WITH NO_INFOMSGS ]


Get a list of tables in a database

SQL Server 2005, 2008 or 2012:
SELECT * FROM information_schema.tables
SQL Server 2000:
SELECT * FROM sysobjects WHERE xtype='U'
