Converting a vmdk to vhd - there's a Microsoft tool available

It's managed via powershell.

The powershell module needs to be imported from the powershell command line

Microsoft Virtual Machine Converter 3.0

ie: Import-Module ‘C:\Program Files\Microsoft Virtual Machine Converter\MvmcCmdlet.psd1’
